Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only.

To be eligible for a return:

Product must remain sealed and unused
Original packaging must be intact
Lot labels must remain attached
Return authorization must be approved before shipping back

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, Organix Labz does not accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened products
Reconstituted products
Used materials
Temperature-sensitive items
Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

order number,
photos of packaging/products,
and a description of the issue.

Approved claims may receive:

replacement product,
store credit,
or refund at our discretion.

Testing & Research Results

Due to the research-use-only nature of our products, Organix Labz does not issue refunds based on:

experimental outcomes,
laboratory findings,
research expectations,
or subjective performance claims.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Organix Labz is not responsible for theft, loss, or carrier delays. Please ensure shipping information is accurate before checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
